Description
Refreshing and aromatic white wine, made from the Passerina grape, a native variety of the Marche region. This wine is an excellent expression of the area’s terroir, offering bright acidity and fresh, fruity flavours.
SENSORY ANALYSIS
Yellow colour as of pale straw. Intense floral notes and a hint of green apple. In the mouth is fresh with a pleasant lingering fruity taste.

VINIFICATION: Cryomaceration of grapes, soft pressing with We recommend serving at 10/12°C. must debourbage and temperature controlled fermentation, oxygen-free maturation in steel vats, and long periods of contact with fine lees.
