A fine expression of the Sangiovese grape grown organically in the rolling hills of the Marche region. The careful cultivation of the vines, without the use of synthetic chemicals, allows the grape’s true characteristics to shine through. This results in a wine with a bright, clear ruby-red hue that reflects its youthful vitality.
SENSORY ANALYSIS
Eveals vibrant aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries, and violets, with a touch of spice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and fresh, with smooth tannins and lively acidity that highlight the juicy red fruit flavours. Subtle earthy undertones add complexity, leading to a clean and persistent finish.

VINIFICATION: Selection of grapes. Maceration before skin removal. Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature.
