SENSORY ANALYSIS
Pale straw-yellow coloured; delicate fragrance of yellow pulp fruit. The wine is savoury with a good acidity and a clean finish.
VARIETY: Trebbiano, Pecorino, Passerina, Vermentino, Chardonnay, Malvasia.
VINIFICATION: Cryomaceration of grapes, soft pressing with must debourbage and temperature-controlled fermentation, oxygen-free maturation in steel vats, and long periods of contact with fine lees. Without skins, temperature-controlled fermentation.
IDEAL TEMPERATURE: at 10/12°C
ALCOHOL: 12.0%
