Organic red wine that blends Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes, reflecting the rich winemaking tradition of the Marche region.
SENSORY ANALYSIS
This wine displays a deep ruby-red color with purple highlights. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of dark berries, ripe cherries, and plums, accompanied by subtle hints of spices, liquorice, and a touch of earthiness. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, with smooth, velvety tannins and balanced acidity. The rich fruit flavors are complemented by notes of black pepper, tobacco, and a slightly balsamic undertone, leading to a long, persistent finish.
VARIETY: Montepulciano and Sangiovese.
VINIFICATION: Careful selection of grapes picked and collected in baskets. Long maceration of grapes with skins. Délestage and soft pressing. Ageing in Slavonian oak barrels for at least two years.
